  • What schools do you serve?
    We proudly serve all schools across Texas and beyond!
  • How do I order a mum or garter?
    To order, please start with the 'Online Store' through our website. You will first choose the package/collection to meet your budget, size and then fill out the order form. This will then take you to your payment which can be completed through Paypal, Venmo or Credit Card.
  • When will my order be ready?
    Orders are ready TUESDAY OR WEDNESDAY the week of the scheduled Homecoming. If you are needing your mum or garter sooner, please discuss and make arrangements with us BEFORE placing your order. We do our best to accommodate and make alternative arrangements with enough notice.
  • How and Where do I pick up my order?
    Pickups are scheduled in Alliance/Ft. Worth on Wednesdays and Weatherford on Tuesday/Wednesday the week of scheduled homecoming. We offer two locations for pickups, North Fort Worth/Alliance and Weatherford. Pickups in Fort Worth are held at NATIVE Coffee + Kitchen located at 2725 Heritage Trace Parkway between 11am-1pm. This location is conveniently located off the NW corner of 35 and Heritage Trace Parkway and in the same shopping center as Jamba Juice, Marble Slab and Aria Nail Salon. Once arriving, please proceed inside of NATIVE to the private meeting room where we will have your order. Pickups in Weatherford will be held in Eagles Bluff neighborhood on Tuesdays from 11am-1pm and Wednesdays from 6-8pm. Location address is sent on order confirmation. If you need alternative arrangements, please discuss BEFORE placing your order and we will do our best to accommodate.
  • Do you deliver?
    YES! We do offer delivery within 30 miles for a small fee. Deliveries will be scheduled for Wednesday evenings after 6:00pm unless other arrangements have previously been discussed. Delivery fee is $45.
  • When do I need to place my order by?
    We know it is cliche, but as soon as possible. Due to demand, we are limited in the number of orders we can accept each week. We often sell out for the seasons 3-4 weeks before the homecoming date. All orders placed within 14 days notice will incur a $65 rush fee. If you are ordering within 14 days of homecoming, please verify availability prior to ordering to avoid your order being cancelled/refunded. -If you know you would like a Texas Traditions Mum but aren't sure if there is a date/date's name etc. , place the order and request to personalize closer to the homecoming date.
  • Can I cancel my order/get a refund?
    Due to the custom nature of homecoming mums, we do not allow orders to be cancelled after 24 hours of order being placed and no refunds will be given. In the event that the students break up/decide to not go together, we can make changes or modifications last minute. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order or a mistake has been made, please notify us ASAP so we can make the necessary adjustments.
