I'm the owner and lead designer of Texas Traditions Mums.
I have been creating homecoming mums and garters for the past 20 years...that statement alone humbly reminds me that my high school reunion is coming up. I have been married to my best friend for 12 years and we have 4 children together ages 6-10 that definitely keep us busy with their school and sports/activities. My favorite color is black, I could live off of Chic-Fil-A and Diet Coke, and am happiest when I am on a beach with a spicy margarita and a good book.
I am an enneagram 3w4, which basically means I am an ambitious perfectionist with a creative artistic side. This perfectly explains how Texas Traditions transformed from a hobby to a business many years ago. When I am not knee-deep in ribbon and covered from head to toe in glitter, I spend the off-season helping families find their next home as a local real estate agent. And when that isn't busy enough for us, I help run the coffee shop/restaurant we own, NATIVE Coffee + Kitchen, located in North Fort Worth.
Our family has recently made the move from Haslet to the Brock/Weatherford area and are very excited to be a part of a small-town community. Don't worry though, TTM will continue to serve all of DFW with our Alliance/FT. Worth pickup location as well as offering shipping statewide. I am so thankful for each client who trusts Texas Traditions to create a lasting memory for your student. We know you have many choices when deciding where or whom to order from, so thank you for allowing me to be the "Mum Lady" each season.
